Mission Statement

Fulfill all our clients' real estate needs to the best of our ability, no matter how small, and as if their concerns were our own.  We use no assistants to insulate us from our clients, and work as full-time professional realtors who recognize the level of effort we put into our job directly impacts on our clients' lives.

About Jeanette & Trudy

The Galasso and Coutts families have been acquainted for 5 generations, so it seemed only natural for Jeanette and Trudy to join forces doing what they love, real estate.

For a number of years now they've honed their craft, as they raised families and watched South Orange County develop from orange groves into the sophisticated community it is today.

Trudy and Jeanette are well versed in the intricacies of investment and income property, both commercial and residential, 1031 exchanges, probate transactions, Proposition 60 and 90 tax transfers, second and vacation homes, short sales, foreclosures and take much pleasure in guiding first time buyers.

In addition, Jeanette sits on the board of directors for a California Corporation.  She has been a full time REALTOR since 1993.  She has sold hundreds of homes, and is recognized for her professionalism and knowledge of information in the field.  She is experienced in negotiations, contracts, financing and marketing of homes and is a consistent recipient of many sales awards.  Whether buying or selling, her goal is to serve her clients making their experience pleasing and rewarding. 
 

Trudy holds a masters' degree, and after entering real estate, quickly became a multimillion dollar producer achieving Centurion status.  She is recognized for her thorough inventory knowledge throughout Orange County, as well as her skills in working with buyers to help them achieve their goals.  Trudy follows a philosophy of the need for real estate to be part of any successful long-term wealth-building portfolio.  Married for over 40 years, she and her husband live in Dana Point and have two grown children..
